I am a strawberry grower with production currently underway on 50 acres. I’ve noticed many improvements in the strawberries grown with Worm Power Liquid Extract. The yield was good. For the past 28 years, I have been a commercial grower of woody ornamentals and blueberries in Florida and North Carolina. Our strategy here is to encourage as much life in the soil as we can, rather than applying fertilizers to feed the plant. The most significant development we saw was a larger root mass in the bermuda fairways, and good root development in our mat layer of the ultradwarf bermuda. It was especially nice to see root development on the practice green where we usually have nematode damage.
I grow lettuce, celery, spinach, fennel, and asparagus, as well as fruit trees, prunes, plums, apricots, and almonds. In the past I needed to water daily, now I’m able to water just 2 times per week. My plants all look better in terms of color, new growth, lets salt damage, and leave edge burning. I am most impressed with the water savings, fruit set, and increased growth with so little fertilizer. Worm Power Liquid Extract is the most efficient way to increase soil fertility.
I was looking for how well Worm Power Liquid Extract would support plant growth. We saw a definite impact on leaf growth and weight gain. The healthier and more vigorous the plants are with the microbiology in their root zone, the more plants are able to thwart attacks from destructive crop pathogens and pests.
By the beginning of July, we saw noticeable increase in our root mass density on our sand based greens and tees, which was maintained throughout the remainder of the growing season. Worm Power Liquid Extract produced a tangible increase in our root density in our poorest growing environment and as a result, will be included in our soils spray programs.
